Put a call in in October. Finally showed up the 3 rd week of November. Said he did not know what was wrong with it to take a video. We did the video. Have called him 3 times and no response. I realize this is a busy time of year but he charges us 200.00 for a 5 minute visit to tell us to take a video. Of what. The blue flame going out. Will not use this company again. Still no answer after 2 weeks of phone calls. Am going to call BBB next.
10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Can’t say enough about this place. I lived over an hour away, and I had tried numerous other fireplace service providers in the state who either wouldn’t respond or would stop responding to my inquiries after a time. Not The Fireplace Store! They catered to my needs, listened to my concerns, and took on a job that no one else would. The finished result is fantastic and I couldn’t be more pleased.
