Horrible service. The unit worked a week and I’ve been trying to get someone to repair for 2 years.
Linda of The Fireplace Store ordered a remote and key after mine went missing during a home renovation. She had to look through store records to determine the model of fireplace and when it was installed (I was living out of state while the renovation was being done). I can’t thank her enough for the extra lengths she went to so I could use the fireplace. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Gary and Linda treated us extremely well through the process of buying gas logs and also helping us set up over the phone. Very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Can’t say enough good things about them and recommend them to anyone in the area with any gas fireplace needs!
Wouldn't even give a one star. They advertise pellet stoves but don't carry them!
I highly recommend The Fireplace Store. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful, the prices were very competitive. The installation was one of the very best customer experiences I’ve ever had. The men were very professional in the way they went about their work. I was appreciative that they took the utmost care to not damage anything in my home, and of their obvious expertise when they described what was being done.
