I was in the market for an Old Country Bbq Pit back in December when I discovered that Fireplace Specialties stocked the model I was looking for. A few days later I attended the showroom and met Shawn Laforest. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the cooker i was interested in. Great showroom and helpful staff
Rachel was fantastic helping us with a replacement combustor for our insert. We were ordering the part and she offered that it might be covered under warranty and looked into it, found out it was and arranged to get it in. When trying to install the combustor I ran into an issue, called Rachel and she problem solved for me and I was able to get it installed.
