Have been here a couple times. Staff are really helpful, honest and willing to suggest an alternative if finances are a concern.
Husband away hunting, autistic grandson at home, Quadrafire pellet stove breaks down.Primary heat source . They refuse to service our stove because we didn’t purchase it there. It was an emergency situation. I would not recommend them to anyone. Have purchased many items there and will never use them again.
Amazing local company, great friendly staff & professional service. They installed a propane fireplace in our last home and they did a beautiful job replacing our wood fireplace and chimney and installing the new concrete mantel, etc. in our new home. Always cleaned up before they left for the day. Also, Shawn is your go to guy for all things smokers, seasonings etc - so helpful & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
