Chris just left. He was fabulous!! I would rate him 10 stars! He came in, looked at my gas logs and said they were in the wrong placement. Then he took it all apart, cleaned it and replaced a part because he "didn't like the way it looked." In 30 minutes he was done! Susan Knowles
