RecommendedIf you are having any issues with your fireplace, call Fireplace Specialties of Shreveport! This sweet man, Craig, came and fixed my heat and glo system today. Then he helped me by making my other gas fireplace more efficient!!! They are busy, but the wait for a service appoinment is worth it😄.
The sales person thoroughly and thoughtfully explained our options. The installer showed up when scheduled, performed a professional installation of a product that exceeds our expectations. We are thoroughly pleased with the entire experience.

HORRIBLE way of doing business. We live 20 minutes from there office and they told me because we live so far away it would cost me $150 for them to come LOOK at my 4 fireplaces and give me a quote on having inserts put in. NO WORK INVOLVED! Man on the phone was very rude and acted like finding me an appointment date was too much for him because none of his crew would be coming my way anytime soon and it would inconvenience them to have to make a special trip to my house. Will definitely not refer them to anyone!!
If you don't use your fireplace at home very often when it's cold out you will once you let these make your fireplace beautiful and SUPER easy to use! I wish we would have done this when we first bought our house!

So very pleased with my experience here. I left a showroom in another city, due to terrible customer no-service, drove an hour in the opposite direction and found these wonderful folks. Attention to detail, friendly, knowledgeable, say what they'll do and do what they said. No feet on the desk while customer waits for service.
