they came to fix my fireplace. They showed up without the parts I told them to bring in order to fix it. They managed to get it working, took my check and left. It quit working within the hour. I called them, they told me they would be back sometime next week. That week came and went. Called them again. Didn't know when they could come back, then he tried to tell me I got what I paid for because I paid to have my gas fireplace "serviced" and they fixed it as a coutesy to me.
