We also take great pride in keeping our service and installation crews "in-house" without having to rely on outside contractors.

I have bought 3 stoves from Fireplace Showcase over the last 7 years, and every experience has been excellent. Inez is warm, receptive, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you all!
Overall a great experience having our new stove installed by the Fireplace Showcase. Inez was wonderfully helpful and responsive providing quotes and organizing the install and Terry did great work getting the stove in and set up - it looks awesome. Definitely will (and already have) recommend them to friends and family.
I love this place! In 2010 I walked through the door to buy a fireplace insert for my ugly fireplace and was shocked at all the wonderful possibilities. Inez Boutin reviewed my fireplace setting and dimensions and then recommended an insert that met all building codes and manufacturer's requirements. We burn a lot of wood during the winter and that insert kept us warm and mesmerized through many cold nights.
