We had Alan Pomprowicz from The Fireplace Showcase clean and repair our gas fireplace. Alan is such a friendly and knowledgable guy. He solved our problem quickly and it was a pleasure meeting him.
Recently, the folks at Fireplace Showcase returned to my home to rectify a few issues that arose after installing a woodstove and chimney liner. I was dissatisfied with a few issues. Once they learned of my dissatisfaction, they contacted me and scheduled another visit, willing to make sure I was completely satisfied. And they did, in fact, remedy all the issues top my satisfaction.
Recently purchased a top quality Napoleon Gas Fireplace from the Fireplace Showcase. The company is a top notch operation and did a super job installing the unit as promised and on time. The sales associate, Inez Boutin was such a help thru-out the process! She answered all my questions/concerns and her suggestions aided me in selling my previous device. You can't go wrong with the Fireplace Showcase.
