Great products and great service. What more could you ask for?
We purchased a swing set from Showcase Fireplace in the spring of 2021. During the initial installation, we encountered a couple of minor issues, which we promptly reported. Their team responded quickly and took care of the repairs right away. Fast forward to December 2024—during a windstorm, the canopy was torn off and blown away. Fireplace Showcase installed my pellet stove without issue, the process was easy from start to finish. Later on, I was having a problem with my pellet stove and the service technician Alan fixed the issue for me right away. I recommend Fireplace Showcase to anyone looking for any stove related needs!
