Kidder Heating was outstanding. I called several companies on Sunday morning with the temps outside around 17 degrees and temps in my house in the 40's! All the other companies quoting 24hrs service either had AI caller assistance with appointments for Monday or a live operator who couldn't tell me when they could come out. Chris did fine job servicing my furnance and gave me a good tutorial on how a high efficiency furnace works
