Responded to my voice mail the next day, had a service person out the next week. He showed up on time was friendly, thorough, and solved my problem at a reasonable price
I called during business hours 4 times over 6 weeks. I left voicemails with my phone number and model number 3 of those 4 times. I have never received a call back. They don't seem to answer the phone at all. I was referred by Monroe Fireplace for my Majestic gas fireplace and let them know my experience. I waited a full 6 weeks before writing a negative review. I can't imagine actually purchasing through some place the doesn't return any calls.
We were very happy with their work. The technician, Jason, was a rock star. He took the time to talk us through the issue and what he was doing to resolve it. He went above and beyond to get our fireplace working again and we cannot thank him enough.
Thank you to Jason for coming out and servicing our fireplace! He was absolutely delightful and a pleasure to have out to service our propane fireplace that stopped working. I called a couple days ago, letting them know our situation and that our home is set to close very soon, they offered their next opening, which was in the same week I called, which we couldn't appreciate more!! My gas fireplace wasn't staying lit and the pilot lights would sometimes turn off. And wouldn't you know, everything was working perfectly when Jason, from M&D Fireplace Services arrived. It's hard to fix something that isn't currently broken, but Jason quickly figured out what was going on (not enough gas reaching the pilot lights) and fixed the problem.
