Great company to work with. Their workmanship is excellent and the service was wonderful. Did a great job cleaning and servicing both of our fireplaces. The tech, Jason, was awesome. Really appreciate the care he took, and he even help figure out a long term problem we had been having. Thanks Jason!

I definitely recommend this company. I have a pellet stove in the house that I just bought and I know nothing about them. Jason was sent out to help me clean it and run a diagnostic on what was wrong. He was excellent. He showed me how to Use it and then explained the problem that I was having with it. Responded to my voice mail the next day, had a service person out the next week. He showed up on time was friendly, thorough, and solved my problem at a reasonable price

I called during business hours 4 times over 6 weeks. I left voicemails with my phone number and model number 3 of those 4 times. I have never received a call back. They don't seem to answer the phone at all. I was referred by Monroe Fireplace for my Majestic gas fireplace and let them know my experience. I waited a full 6 weeks before writing a negative review. I can't imagine actually purchasing through some place the doesn't return any calls.

We were very happy with their work. The technician, Jason, was a rock star. He took the time to talk us through the issue and what he was doing to resolve it. He went above and beyond to get our fireplace working again and we cannot thank him enough.
