Called Jim one day and he said he could come the very next morning to give me an estimate for a chimney cap and chimney stone repair. He showed up the very next morning and went up on the roof to evaluate things. He then gave me an estimate which I agreed to. He then said he could do the work right away! So back up he and his helper went, and before I knew it, they were done. Very professional, friendly and knowleageable. I will definitely recommend this company and will use their services again. Company was very quick to come on site and provide an estimate for repair - they replaced chimney table. I didn't even know the work was done until I got a phone call requesting payment. I went up on the roof only to find the work below. They actually left all on this exposed and did nothing to fix the cracked stucco, all of which let in water. Jim has been my go-to person for the regular cleaning of our dryer vents at the high-rise condo that I manage. This year, he has really outdone himself.
