I spent 1100 dollars on a insert, unfortunately it was not the right size. I boxed it up for return. The manager owner refused for refund or replacement. I felt like crying, he felt the base insert looked dirty was his reasoning. Now I’m stuck. Buyer beware not consumer friendly.
