A nice selection of high end fireplaces and patio grills.
We had a negative experience years ago (employees with a negative attitude), and swore I would never return. Fast forward about 10 years and we needed some basic service. Tried them again, figuring that we may have caught them on a bad day way back when. I called and spoke with an older gentleman who I assume is the owner. He seemed annoyed with my call, and when I explained my need for a service call he told me a technician would all me the following week. The worst customer service and products! I purchased units for 2 fire places and one has never worked other than when the technician turned it on the first time. The second one has had problems over the last year and when I call they tell me to check the owners manual nothing else for help! Outrageous customer service they frankly don’t care once they have your money... avoid them and try another place!
