We had a wonderful experience with Fireplace Outlet. They replaced our fireplace and surround tile and mantle. They did a beautiful job. We are very happy with the craftsmanship, attention to detail and how clean they kept the area while and after they worked. We would highly recommend them.
Becky, the owner could not have been nicer, she fixed our problem, explaining everything she did and why, making sure that we understood the workings of our fireplace. Very happy with service and highly recommend her.
On June 10, 2024 I put down my 50% deposit as requested. During the summer, I kept calling the Owner Becky on when we could schedule my install. Can I say Ghosting? I thought it was a method used in our younger generation. Not a business owner. I had to call numerous times and to say 10 times would be very generous. Finaly I was scheduled on August 1, 2024 for the install. She was paid in full. Stupid me. The gas line was not installed, She was to come back and arrange the Birch logs and give us the tutorial. Becky came out and gave us an estimate for a fireplace insert. She seemed very knowledgeable so we went with them. There was a minor delay getting the unit. The installation was amazing, they completed it and cleaned everything up. I would recommend Fireplace Outlet to anyone. Very impressed with knowledge and work product. Thanks
The Fireplace Outlet did fantastic work. The design and the quality was spectacular. The entire team was very professional and great at their job. I would use them hands-down and recommend them to any one. That’s interested in a fireplace.
