Bought a pellet stove for an anniversary present for an ok price, installers arrived an hour late and stove arrived dented. Did not help our day. But when the new panel arrived it was also dented and to this day doesn't sit properly. I was compensated with a 15.00 dollars off a delivery charge on over priced pellets. Never returned after the insults
Shawn was extremely helpful. We bought a house with a pellet stove I knew nothing about them. He didn't sell the brand I have , but he took the time to look up the information to make sure he was giving me as accurate information as he could. I will do business with him again
