My wife and I purchased a Bullfrog hot tub with the jet packs. Braxton was super helpful and very knowledgeable and able to steer us in the right direction. He was in constant contact with us along the way giving us updates on the delivery status of our new tub and they even hauled away our old and leaky jacuzzi to the dump for us for FREE! They are quick to START the repair and then they actually Delivered it to my dad after he paid $250.00 for the repair. It only worked once and then shuttered out on the panel.
