The work done and the service of the man who did the work was excellent. BUT the reason for the one star is their billing policies. Work was done 2/17, bill was received 2/25, bill was paid through financial institution on 3/1, yet I received a ANOTHER bill dated 3/5 saying my account was past due. Apparently they think that a payment made within 12 days of service is not acceptable.
