If you are thinking of using them, please don't. They seem past the age of needing to retire. They came to service my moms gas logs they installed and said it was dusty for 250.00. Then they said it needed replaced. (This unit is 7 years old). They took the paperwork and couldn't answer questions when asked. The owners wife said it was working when her husband left. It wasn't. She was confused by another house that was out here that he went on. Overall trying to get them to write an estimate and a service ticket for what the... read more

We purchased a gas fireplace from FGF. Our old fireplace had two valves as a redundant safety feature. FGF removed one of the valves when they installed the new fireplace. We soon started smelling gas in our house. FGF came out to inspect their work. The man used some sort of gauge. Standing in front of our fireplace he assured us there was no leak. Just visit the store! It is amazing. The best of service, the best of everything you see in the store. They have so much talent in everything they do. If is a wedding to do, a fresh flower arrangement, something from the boutique, something for fireplaces or an installation, and much, much more. You have got to GO!

Melissa, Michelle and Wannitta were absolutely amazing and exceeded any expectation I had for my wedding flowers. I was in awe of how beautiful the ceremony and our flowers were when I saw them that morning! They were perfect and beyond anything I could have imagined! These girls are amazing!! They did my flower arrangement for my wedding this summer! They were able to create beautiful arrangements for the whole bridal party. They are very creative, sweet, and very easy to work with! I would recommend them to anyone!!

A wonderful place to shop, excellent merchandise , reasonable prices and wonderful people with whom to do business. A very friendly atmosphere and last but not least their fireplace installation is superb.
