What a great find. I tried to deal with another local fireplace insert, but after months of run-around, I decided to look outside of our area. Great products and excellent service!
We had a great experience with fireplace Gallery. They were the most helpful and most knowledgeable of the three stores we visited. Both Mike and Paul really knew the products as well as what's required for installation. Their installation department communicated really well and their service techs were always on time. I would definitely recommend!
I had the pleasure of getting the full tour of the new Lakeshore location last week. Kimberly Coutour was a wonder hostess! My time there was informative and the vast selection is impressive! Something for every design aesthetic and price point. I look forward to utilizing their support for future design client's.
Bought a Napoleon 500 series grill. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. These guys are good.
