Worst company I've ever dealt with. We purchased a wood stove insert, lit a fire the day after they installed it and it didn't work. We called the next day and they said it must be the blower, they never sent anyone to check to see if it was installed properly. They said they would have to send in the warranty to the manufacture and that it was out of their hands. It was a brand new unit. Independent contractor hired by fireplace factory outlet. Performed some installs for them. They then proceeded to rob me of the labor on 2 installs I did for them. Have all documentation to back my claims. All licensing and insurance documents provided to them. Straight robbed me of $785 in labor. Have written statements from customers that I performed the work. All permits pulled. Stay away from this place
