Purchased a Groupon for their services, and they were very friendly getting things scheduled. The first appointment was rescheduled by them. They never showed for the second appointment, so I rescheduled it. Again they never showed or called. Luckily Groupon was quick and polite handling my refund. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Twice they unilaterally cancelled my appointment without notifying me. I had purchased a Living Social deal and was told after the second time that it was cancelled and they could not do anything for me. The manager was not very apologetic nor did they attempt to rectify the situation in any way. I spent almost an entire winter without the use of my fireplace because I kept relying on them saying they would come and they did not.
