Fireplace they installed never worked properly after the first day, they came out for two years to fix it and never did as it was intermittent at best. Called on year three and was told warranty expired so need to pay the hundreds of dollars to come out now....probably to still net fix what they installed in the first place. Unpleasant office person when you actually get to speak to a person.....Went to a different company to repair what they installed and it works well.
