The experience was positive from start to finish. Brandon and his assistants did a fabulous job. They called to alert me what time they were arriving, they carefully moved furniture and put down floor covering, worked efficiently, cleaned up work site as they progressed and at end of the job, answered all questions. Most importantly, Brandon was meticulous. He made sure everything was done as they progressed, with all details of the installation as he worked. I’m very pleased with the outcome. It’s beautiful!
I can't say enough about Garrett & the team at Fireplace Creations. From the time we entered the showroom until the install and even after. They are so knowledgable about their products and their customer service is the best around!
Install went well and was completed in just 3 hours or so. And this included relocating my gas supply from attic to my outdoor fireplace. Unit is working as expected and looks good.
