The experience was positive from start to finish. Brandon and his assistants did a fabulous job. They called to alert me what time they were arriving, they carefully moved furniture and put down floor covering, worked efficiently, cleaned up work site as they progressed and at end of the job, answered all questions. Most importantly, Brandon was meticulous. He made sure everything was done as they progressed, with all details of the installation as he worked. I’m very pleased with the outcome. It’s beautiful!
Excellent company to engage for replacing old vent free system originally installed in our home. The estimate was fair and reasonable and we actually saw our model in operation at the showroom prior to purchase. The installation crew was professional and very efficient. They didn’t stop until the job was done to our satisfaction. Highly recommend contacting them for tur fireplace needs!
I can't say enough about Garrett & the team at Fireplace Creations. From the time we entered the showroom until the install and even after. They are so knowledgable about their products and their customer service is the best around!
Fireplace Creations are great. The guys who did the installation and modifications (David & Yogi) worked tirelessly over 12 hours to complete the install and have us ready for family Christmas. We can’t say enough great things about them all. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing new or an upgrade. Bravo and well done Fireplace Creations and especially David and Yogi.
