I’ve been freezing in my house every winter for years and suspected my gas logs were the issue, but didn’t know how to fix it. I finally stopped by Fireplace Creations—and I’m so glad I did. Garrett came out, quickly identified the problem (a builder-grade insert with no insulation), and clearly explained the solution. He was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The experience was positive from start to finish. Brandon and his assistants did a fabulous job. They called to alert me what time they were arriving, they carefully moved furniture and put down floor covering, worked efficiently, cleaned up work site as they progressed and at end of the job, answered all questions. Most importantly, Brandon was meticulous. He made sure everything was done as they progressed, with all details of the installation as he worked. I’m very pleased with the outcome. It’s beautiful!

I had Fireplace Creations install a gas log insert a few days ago. The installers were extremely knowledgeable and incredibly neat , leaving next to nothing to clean up after they left. The suggested insert enhances the look of my fireplace and will extra warmth and comfort to my home. The installers also detected a leak coming from the chimney, which will be corrected soon. I couldn’t be more pleased with the company; so easy to work with, it was a great investment in my estimation’
I can't say enough about Garrett & the team at Fireplace Creations. From the time we entered the showroom until the install and even after. They are so knowledgable about their products and their customer service is the best around!
