I figured it would take them a week to replace and install new fireplace. They were in and out in 2 days. Very pleased. Before and after pictures. We really like the new stone work.
We recently replaced our existing gas logs with an insert from Fireplace Creations. From the moment I walked in the door through the completion of the install and surround, the staff was courteous, knowledgeable and patient in directing me and answering questions. The communication throughout the process was remarkable and the workmanship, excellent. We would highly recommend Garrett, Josh , Jacob and the staff and products at Fireplace Creations!
The personnel were very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They handled surprise hidden rotten wood without delay. They were attentive to my wishes. Cleaned after each step. Pleasure to gave in my home. Love the finished product. Before and after photos included.
The staff just installed our second Heat N Glow gas insert. Everyone involved was very personable and helpful with this update. I would patronize them again if we had a need.
Our experience in purchasing a Vermont Casting wood burning stove from Fireplace Creations was great. They worked with us to find the right fireplace and then visited our place to discuss installation. Prices of the stove and installation were clear. The installation crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and competently installed our stove in a timely manner.
