We had a wonderful experience, from the fireplace design to the finished product. John and Josh were truly professional and did an awesome job with the installation. We love it!
Our experience was terrible. The service/installer left a 1 inch gap between the stove and stovepipe, the chimney was too short after we specifically asked about it, and a part was dropped and chipped the soapstone.
These guys are amazing! They’ve installed a fireplace for me and ran a gas line for a new stove, their team is extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend!
They were very helpful with every detail of the process. I would recommend them to anyone. From the way they helped over the phone to the install process of the stove in the home, they were fantastic.
