I will only use fireplace concepts going forward! What a blessing the install guys were. They literally sat and hand picked and laid every stone in our Divincci fireplace. The attention to detail was unmatched! My husband and I were so impressed with Dwight the owner, and the team that he sent out for install. In a world where customer service doesn’t always exist anymore, these guys proved today that it does still exist. We are grateful! Thank you

Supposed to install our fireplace in new home 4 times. An excuse every time. Holding up us getting our CO. Terrible customer service.

After multiple messages and no returned calls I felt it was necessary to have to leave a truthful review. I spent over a thousand dollars on a new fireplace insert about 3 years ago and have a broken fireplace that does not work. I had a service call in one year installation & now, again, need service again if I’d like to use the fireplace. I wouldn’t recommend having them install a fireplace, the product seems subpar & the service is terrible, no returned calls after two months of leaving messages.
