Too bad. A lady working in this shop is too rude and no clue to run the business. This is not a shop you want to interact. You cannot trust them at all.
Had a bad experience with another company that said I needed extensive money and work done to my chimney. All I wanted was vent free logs. Fireplace Concepts made everything easy and was very affordable.
Found my monessen vent free logs, got them installed. Love them. Monessen is local which makes it even better! Bought another set for the basement, we are rocking and rolling. Ice storms don't scare us now!!!
