Victor is an outstanding fireplace service technician! He expertly serviced and repaired six of my gas fireplaces. His extensive knowledge and professionalism truly set him apart. Victor went above and beyond with the repairs, taking the time to explain and demonstrate how to use the remotes to set timers and control flame height effectively. I highly recommend this business. The website made appointment scheduling easy. The entire team was excellent. On a very snowy day the scheduler called me indicating that the appointment might not be on time. Later that afternoon, the technician called ahead, showed up with a cheerful attitude and quickly completed the job.
