Called twice to get someone to come out for a fireplace insert. Didn’t show after finally got them to call for appt time. Went into store in person to talk with someone and get an appt. it’s been 3 weeks and no one has called and we where not given the time of day while in the store. Would not recommend. We will take our biz elsewhere. 👎
