I have used Ron twice now and had a great experience both times. He fixed a non functional fireplace at our old house about five years ago and then when we bought a new house he fixed both non functional fireplaces. Ron is the best kind of repair service, fair and you only call him once because it never stops working again. Highly recommend!
Top quality service. Ron was on time, efficient, fixed the problem, and checked our other gas fireplaces, all for a reasonable price.

I would definitely not recommend that anyone use this company: Fireplace & BBQ Service, 2550 Desert Inn Rd # 128, Las Vegas, NV. for any service. He treated us very shabbily and failed to deliver despite several weeks after we first contacted him for service. He told us the parts were placed on backorder until September. Then he said that we should get another repair service when I suggested he order the part directly from the manufacturer!!!
