Our fireplace needed service because it was not turning on properly. Wasn't sure where to turn to for help and decided to go with this company due to the good reviews. They got us in as quick as they could (2 weeks out). Isaac did a full cleaning and inspection and was thorough. He was very professional and honest in his assessment. Completed work timely and we are very happy with the service overall. Highly recommend to anybody!!
Had them send a tech out to do annual service on our gas fireplace and add a blower. Issac did a great job was careful to keep a tarp on the floor and explain the new blower. He was professional and completed the work very timely.

I had Kohles and Bach out 3 times in 4 months to fix our fireplace and they could never fix it. They installed it and they are the authorized dealer for Heatilator fireplaces. I called Fireplace Center. Bob works on all brands. Two days later, he has it fixed in 15 minutes at $100. Also learned Kohles and Bach never connected it to electricity. They lied and told us it was battery operated. Not battery back-up. Probably the reason we’ve had annual breakdowns while our other 2 fireplaces have had none.
