Great experience with fireplace and grill experts. We were having some issues with our fireplace and Bruno did routine maintenance and cleaning to resolve the issues. Great customer service.
Allow me to start off this review by saying that I have no idea about what level of quality work they do or do not do. This review is based upon an interaction with their office. While I was driving through my neighborhood earlier today, I saw one of their vehicles parked in an Ada handicap spot. Without having the proper plates or placard. Excellent service and responsiveness. These folks installed our gas fireplace insert about eight years ago and came out today to do a service call. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Last month Jason and his crew installed a new modern gas fireplace for us. The previous one we had was much smaller and vented out the side of our home. The new fireplace was roof vented, so we could raise the fireplace further off of the floor. Jason was excellent! He met with me and went over all the details of our plan. His company picked up the new fireplace and venting from the place of purchase. Once the project was completed, he even returned any extra venting to the supplier for refund. I waited a month for service, and two months later I’m still dealing with the mess left behind. I only needed a simple fireplace knob repair—not a cleaning—and was told the fireplace was already clean. After the service, soot was spread throughout my home: on light gray carpet, walls, and in every room except two. I had just moved in and decorated for Christmas.
