David Bruno just came and did AMAZING job! I thought the on/off/pilot light had gone bad and turned out it just needed to be cleaned! David was very friendly and did a wonderful Job!!! Will definitely used them again!! Thanks so much!!!
Great experience with fireplace and grill experts. We were having some issues with our fireplace and Bruno did routine maintenance and cleaning to resolve the issues. Great customer service.
Allow me to start off this review by saying that I have no idea about what level of quality work they do or do not do. This review is based upon an interaction with their office. While I was driving through my neighborhood earlier today, I saw one of their vehicles parked in an Ada handicap spot. Without having the proper plates or placard. Excellent service and responsiveness. These folks installed our gas fireplace insert about eight years ago and came out today to do a service call. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
