Nate and his crew overcame every obstacle to repair my barbeque grill. They could have given up on finding parts for the repair (as I almost did), but they kept at it and now my grill works great!
Bruno came out and serviced our grill.. it looks great!!! Great customer service & excellent work done in a timely manner.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I stoped by one morning just before they opened for business. They unlocked the door as I was walking away and invited me in. I can't remember they guys name but he spent about 30 min with me explaining the difrrent types of Fireplaces they have and what would work best for my particular situation. I live in Mexico but if I needed anything related to a fireplace or outdoor grill I would definitely use these guys.

Like many homeowners I inherited a legacy gas grill. Very good model (Fire Magic). The owners showed me how to use and even their "tricks" for lighting. After two years of use, it started acting up more than usual so I sought to clean myself. It was a challenge so I considered replacing.
