In today's economy, post Covid, where firms were forced to find ways to shave costs, do less for the same price and provide "lesser" customer care b/c some algorithm said "eh, provide lesser service, customers are too lazy to change providers", it's reassuring to have a firm who is knowledgeable, responsive AND honest!!! Ernie was great-very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Cleaned and serviced our fireplace and made a call to the manufacturer about a malfunctioning part. Five stars.
Bruno the tech, was the best we have ever had. Our fireplace insert now looks like new.
We had Fireplace &Grill Experts to come and service our fireplace gas insert. Bruno was the technician that performed the service. I can't say enough about his knowledge and the thoroughness of the service. Our fireplace works better than even on the day it was installed which was 5 and a half years ago. Bruno also stressed the importance of annual checkups and we will be scheduling service every year at the same time my husband and I schedule are own annual physicals.
