I had Jeff install a damper for us at the end of 2022, the metal pull you use to open chimney broke and in February I asked him for a repair, he said the part is covered but service fee of $125 is not, he said he will be on vacation for 30 days but will contact me when he returns, never heard back so in April 2023 I started texting and calling, he finally called me... read more
Jeff and Marcus came out on this snowy day to replace my fireplace tray with a custom fabricated one. If you call any other fireplace shop good luck getting them to come out in under 3 week. Jeff was here the same day to evaluate. He arranged for a custom tray to be fabricated and today he installed. Very happy with this team.
Jeffery and his assistant Marcus did an awesome job on our chimney sweep and cap replacement….. yes we bought on a Groupon already knowing we were going to have more to fix than just ur average chimney sweep…. It’s a chimney…it’s going to cost money lol and esp when u have one that hasn’t been cleaned in at least 27 years or more! We will definitely be using them again for future sweeps and maintenance!
Jeff was timely, knowledgeable, and did great work replacing our fireplace!
