Ruined our toilet, they changed the seal and put the toilet back on and it now the toilet doesn't function the same. No one has the decency to call back and take ownership of what they did.

Ruined our toilet, they changed the seal and put the toilet back on and it now the toilet doesn't function the same. No one has the decency to call back and take ownership of what they did. No decency or remorse to an elderly lady whose toilet they ruined and all they have to say "your toilet is old" and not that they did something during the installation back, it was working perfect prior to them lifting the seat and changing the seal, it was perfect for so many years and probably for many more until they removed the seat, ... read more

Ruined our toilet, they changed the seal and put the toilet back on and it now the toilet doesn't function the same. No one has the decency to call back and take ownership of what they did. Working in a similar industry, when we make a mistake, we take ownership of it and work to satisfy and help the customer by any means, not dismiss your concern and wash our hands of any mistake done. It's unfortunate to see this.
