My family ( mother twice, sister and now myself) have used Firemen Movers and enough can not be said about their professionalism, quality of work and how easy going their staff is. From customer service staff who take your call, to Patrick who books and arranges the logistics and resources to the actual team who does the physical move; they were all great to deal with. The moving crew was clean, courteous, careful, and quick. They clearly knew what they were doing. The virtual estimating process was extremely convenient and made things so much easier. They offer storage - which I also used for 10 days while my new place was being painted - and it made my move so much smoother. This is our second time dealing with Firemen Movers for moving but also decided to ask for help with their packing services. All 3 times we were happy with the team with the level of care and professionalism that they showed. It was especially wonderful dealing with Katherine as she knew what was needed and who to send to make our move a success and as stress-free as possible.
