3.5/5 if I could. They were on time, polite and handled my stuff from the condo with decent care. However, as for when we got to the house that we moved into, not so much. I told them they could keep the shoes on for their convenience of going up and down the stairs. However, that did not mean they could jump and run down the stairs with their hard boots on. My experience with Firemen Movers was exceptional from start to finish. This was the second time I had used their services as I had previously had a good experience with them back in 2016 for my own move. This time I was arranging on behalf of my elderly mother to have her 3-bed apartment contents (including a piano) moved across the province. I can't say enough good words about Firemen Movers. Happy and his crew arrived on time, worked very fast and left even earlier than they quoted. They were very well organized and packed their truck efficiently. We had most of our items in boxes but there were still many loose items and big decoration items that we needed to move, and of course the furniture. My boyfriend used them to move his belongings from a condo to our house. The closing was an absolute disaster but the patience and work ethic of the movers were outstanding. We had to wait hours for the keys, the movers had to hold our belongings over the weekend and they still came when we asked them to try to make the delivery again. We have a giant awkward size bbq that we have trusted them to move twice. They are punctual, reliable, and down to earth good human beings. We highly recommend them

I had a bit of a complicated move, from a 9th floor downtown condo with elevator/moving restrictions, to a townhouse with sooo many stairs, and a 3 week gap in between, during which they had to store my things. Everything went perfectly, and the crew were lovely, polite and efficient. Highly recommend these pros. Worth every penny.
