Excellent experience. Booking was straightforward with a clear quote. They booked a two-day based on initial estimate, but because I was able to prep more than expected ahead of time, the move only took the minimum time which they honoured. Team on the day was punctual, pleasant, professional. Would highly recommend.
The response from the company to this review is all PR. They did not compensate us for damages and overcharging. Their PR and sales are better than their service. E.g., their team are not all firemen. But everyone trusts firemen eh. We had a terrible experience with this company. They are a complete nightmare. They sent a very inexperienced crew that broke and damaged a lot of furniture during pick up and damaged floors and walls during drop off in our new home. We used the firman movers for our commercial move. We planned that the move would take 4 full days. The movers were extremely efficient and only took 3 days to complete. The team was very professional from the initial quote to the last item removed from the trucks. The quoted price was higher than the final invoice due to the team being very efficient. I would highly recommend using Firemen Movers for your commercial office moves, they where on time, under budget and handled our delicate items professionally.
Firemen Movers was excellent to work with, from the initial quote and booking process through to the storage arrangement afterwards. The movers were punctual, professional and took great care of my stuff. It's an added bonus that I am supporting a social enterprise at the same time. I would recommended them to anyone.
Our recent move with Fireman Movers unfortunately fell short of our expectations based on previous positive reviews. We encountered several challenges, including damage to furniture, particularly many of my husband's tool chests, and a brand new, never unboxed dining room table.
