3.5/5 if I could. They were on time, polite and handled my stuff from the condo with decent care. However, as for when we got to the house that we moved into, not so much. I told them they could keep the shoes on for their convenience of going up and down the stairs. However, that did not mean they could jump and run down the stairs with their hard boots on. My experience with Firemen Movers was exceptional from start to finish. This was the second time I had used their services as I had previously had a good experience with them back in 2016 for my own move. We recently used Firemen Movers for a move that was anything but straightforward, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Our move involved picking up items from one location, delivering them to three different destinations, and collecting additional items along the way. I can't say enough good words about Firemen Movers. Happy and his crew arrived on time, worked very fast and left even earlier than they quoted. They were very well organized and packed their truck efficiently. We had most of our items in boxes but there were still many loose items and big decoration items that we needed to move, and of course the furniture. Our move back to Toronto was a logistical nightmare, but Fireman Movers turned what could have been a disaster into a great experience. We arrived almost five hours late, making it impossible to complete the move as scheduled. Throughout the day, the team worked with us patiently, adjusting plans as our arrival time kept changing.
