I purchased a 15D. Love Love it. The store is very helpful with advice on chemicals. We had a small leak, called the store and they came within a day. I would give them 10 stars!!
My husband and I stopped in a few weeks ago to inquire about a heating system for our pool. We could tell right away that the salesman was quite irritated about having been bothered from whatever he was doing. Our questions were answered in quick and curt replies. We were saddened by this as we thought Firemaster was a great resource for us. We did decide to go with a different company. Maybe you should review customer service policies. I’m sure the loss of a sale this large is not acceptable.
We have been with Firemaster since 1991. They aren't just the store Firemaster they are our friends and they feel like family. They have the best line of supplies and the fantastic knowledge of them. They are always helpful and caring.We won't deal with anyone else.
These folks were friendly, and knowledgeable, and completed the work on schedule. I will be using them again.
