The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. I am considering becoming a new patient and Taylor was attentive and extremely supportive in answering my many questions, even going above and beyond to figure out a solution to an issue that she wasn’t sure of immediately! Talk about customer service! I am earnestly looking forward to future visits at Firelands Healthcare Center.

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is nice and show genuine concern for my health, particularly Dr. Conley. I have a chronic issue and if I call his nurse she always gets back with me same day.

Never picks up the phone, payment website doesn’t work, hours are not posted anywhere. What’s with this place? Do you want me to pay my bill or not?

I have a loved one who is dealing with an infection. He keeps getting the runaround when he needs to be put on antibiotics. Dr. Kaitlyn Schwerer and the staff around her have been very subpar with treating him AND with their bedside manner, and I need you all to do much much better.
