Worst emergency room I have been to! My son had a seizure, and they waited 6 hours before providing seizure medication. They also treated us like criminals, when we thoroughly explained the reason behind the seizure activity. We were told to lower his dosage, due to a free and clear multiple EEGs. That lower dose triggered a bad seizure! They kept us for 6 hours! Waste of time!
Time in waiting room is reduculas.
From check in to discharge, this might be the most efficient and friendly staff I have ever had the please to meet. Thank you for taking care of me today and making my day better !!
Worst emergency room I have been to. I went in yesterday morning because the night before I had fainted due to dizziness and nausea from being pregnant and fell face first onto the gravel outside my house. I had extreme back pain and couldn’t barely move anything. I told the doctors I am also 9 weeks pregnant and I have bridle bones disease. I was there for 5 hours and in that time I got an iv for fluid so they can do an ultra sound and received Tylenol. I have had x rays before when pregnant before because of my bridle bone... read more
Every time I’ve ever been here, the experience is the same. Impersonal, bad bedside manner. I was in 2 days ago for horrible pain and they diagnosed me with heartburn… I went to Fisher Titus ER today and I have a severe bladder infection. It blows my mind Firelands did not inform me of this. Literally insane. the 30 min drive from Sandusky to Norwalk is worth it.
