I had to take my daughter there while staying at cedar point and they were absolutely amazing. Can’t thank them enough!
Sent my 2 year old daughter home while she was in DKA. It took 2 more days and a follow up call from her family doctor for them to take this seriously when we came back?!?! (Didn’t know she was in DKA as this was a new diagnosis but I was very CLEARLY ignored when I kept advocating something was wrong with my child). I was told it was busy and patients are triaged. Went in 2 days ago for a respiratory infection. Got meds prescribed. After taking the meds my stomach was in a lot of pain and I called in to see if I should go for more tests. Didn't get that far. They hung up on me.

Myeisha, one of the nurses in 1 South, was the worst nurse there. She had an attitude, was very mean, very rude, shooed me away several times, and overall acted like she hated her job. 1 South is for depressed, suicidal etc. people who are trying to get better and when you have a nurse like her, it makes things worse for the patients.
