I gave 4 stars because once my case was handed off to Laura head of the Patient Advocate Dept things turned around. Shes absolutely WONDERFUL. She is kind, helpful and so pleasant to communicate with. Prior to my case being turned over to her it was less than a good experience. There was a mistake on a bill I received in Dec for service I received in Oct and it took weeks to get it rectified. They definitely need more people like Laura.
My wife was referred there for mental health issues by our primary physician after two days they failed to come up with a solution and sent her home with the same issues she is not safe by herself , and this has been this way for over a month I feel like the hospital has failed us and we have no where to turn.
I am truly grateful for such a great team. They earned my thanks and twice now saved me from myself! They are truly Family!! 😍 Sincerely Luke Schiller.
