Never have we felt this hospital was on top of things. Terrible place 97 year old mom sits in the er waiting room for over 6hrs.
I understand how busy holiday weekends in a resort area can be but I am very disappointed in the care for my 83 year old mother today. 5 hours to get anything for pain, no blanket and she was freezing, ekg machine wasn't working and second machine had no paper. This is my first bad experience here but felt the need to address it.
It was the worse level of care I have ever experienced. Long wait times, the doctors that I seen were incompetent. And thought a blood sugar level was no big deal. Worst hospital I ever seen
