The front desk lady Lisa is not helpful or friendly at all. First I called days before and asked WHEN I could come in to get lab work and she basically told me whenever, then when I show up she tells me I can’t because they only do it certain days which is what I asked her and something she should have said over the phone instead of wasting my time.
After years of being a patient here, I've just grown tired of my family being treated like cattle. God forbid you need anything outside of a regularly scheduled appointment that you're expected to be early for, whether the doctor will be on time or even only moderately late for, if the doctor is even present. Over the years, Matt Braniecki has become increasingly difficult to see. You're usually forced to see a nurse practitioner who has absolutely zero bedside manner. Looking for physical therapist. This website indicated treatment was available in Port Clinton when it is not.
Doctors are very nice but the front desk lady's are extremely rude and run mouths to you!!!! I'd give them a zero if I could.
