Bill and Cody are the absolute best!! We just purchased a new home and they were recommended to us. We are so glad that they were! They both are extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was a breeze to schedule and they have great communication skills! I received reminders and a courtesy call the morning of the appointment. While rehabbing my 50 year old house I got a view into the air return vents, truly disgusting. Firelands Fresh Air was recommended to me by my plumber. Within a week of my initial call, my entire air duct system was cleaned. Removing the covers to the air return vents was a delicate operation. I don’t think they had ever been removed. So there were many layers of paint, including the ones I had recently applied. Bill and Cody cut through the paint layers carefully and did not damage the walls. Bill did an amazing job cleaning out our dryer vent system and also identifying and correcting issues with the vent hose to double the performance of our dryer, improve its longevity and prevent any possibility of a dryer fire. He was punctual, warm and professional and affordable and even adjusted my garage door when he was leaving because it was acting up!
