Called Firelands first thing on a Friday morning, and they were out in less than 2 hours. Fixed my problem quickly and were reasonably priced. Very friendly service too. Highly recommend.
We had our 220 line nicked by a fiber optic dig leaving us without heat, hot water and a dryer. John and Jason came out evaluated the situation and determine what needed to be done. Unfortunately the equipment they needed wasn’t readily available but John and Jason kept us informed continuously. The boring company and Jason came out this past Saturday. They dug, laid our new electric line and everything is perfect! Thank you so much for a job well done!!! Bill and Maureen Conway
