A lot of power outages and “brown outs” that have ruined a lot of things that are plugged in even after unplugging as soon as it happens and shutting the main breakers off. They are the most expensive bills ever had to be paid of anywhere we’ve ever lived. Prices always go up even if nothing changes, they always have an excuse as to why but it’s never anything we do. Too many power outages for no reason and never have an estimated time.
Rarely ever without power and only one time in 20 years has it been more than 48 hours and that was during a tornado. Very communicative about planned outages and maintenance. They don't control the government regulations that drive up our cost, but they provide excellent services in terms of energy advisors to help you consume less electricity. We are all member owners and should work to keep what costs we can low buy using less power especially during peak usage times.
Should be illegal to operate a monopoly. We have no choice where we get our power from and are bound by garbage policies and terrible service with no ability to do business elsewhere.
