Should be illegal to operate a monopoly. We have no choice where we get our power from and are bound by garbage policies and terrible service with no ability to do business elsewhere.
Moved into their service area in April 1980. My power outages can be counted on my fingers over the entire 40 year period.
Worst electric company around, double the price on kilowatts and still charge 40.00 distributors fee. You can't change providers its big monopoly and everyone getting tired of it . Unreasonable! This how they trim your trees no warning just come home 4 trees cut down and brush hog my fence roll. Thanks firelands for your horrible service !
