Case managers and counselors are never on time but when you are they yell at you for getting mad at them for being late to their appointment. The nurses they had there before were inconsiderate on people's schedules and medication. Had an appointment with a case manager at 11:00 and she didn't come get me until about 11:15-11:20 and it was only a half hour appointment well by the time we got back to her office we talked for less than 5 minutes and I was right back out the door... Terrible communication with scheduling. This is the fourth time an appointment was canceled or scheduled for a different time without me knowing, and without any attempt to inform me of it before I show up to the building. I take hours out of my work day to go here and this is not acceptable.
THEY’RE WITH HOLDING MY OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!! I need paper work regarding medical information for my college inorder to get in. They’re withholding my own medical information! I am furious. I do not understand why my OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION is being held from me! This place is the absolute worse! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!! If I could leave a zero star review I would.
