No one here cares AT ALL. I've had to call the highest person just to get my medication and even she has a bad attitude. All of a sudden the nurse doesn't work on Mondays and I am now out of my medication for the second time because their communication is absolute garbage. They don't even do confirmation calls. What kind of company is this? I'm highly convinced that they just hire anybody who applies to work here you don't have to have any qualifications whatsoever.

This place needs to be investigated. They are feeding poison to our kids. They don't care about you. Think God I got my wife away from them in time and off the medication that almost killed her. I made a call to my attorney and as soon as he gets back with me, we are going to look into some either legal issues and or civil lawsuit. They do not take care of their patients. They just totally give up on them. Do not go there and expect to get taken care of. The doctor is hard to get into see. The worst counseling center ever. Please listen to us this is a horrible place. The Amherst office super or manager is so rude and does not even care either. The only person that actually cared was the case manager. They don't even deserve a star .I highly suggest you not to take your children here ever. They do not provide the service that they're supposed to! Their Psychiatry Department sucks! They messed up keep on writing prescriptions that my son has a reaction to. And they're aware of it as well. They love to argue with you . Nothing that comes out of their mouth is the truth. I am giving them a fair warning if I do not hear from them I will be contacting my lawyer from Columbus. I'm done playing these childish games. And they won... read more
