In November 2024 we purchased a brand-new Toyota Rava 4 from Firelands Toyota of Wooster. 6 months later an individual accidently struck our door panel with a shopping cart. It put a large noticeable dent in the door panel. We felt terrible having to look at that damage in a vehicle we had just purchased brand new.
