Stanley was great at keeping us informed. Although they had trouble getting one of the parts they kept us informed and were very easy to deal with.
Brooke made this experience for my daughter much better. She put her at ease and was clear about the steps and made arrangements for pickup and drop off of a rental.
My husband damaged the rear of our 2016 Journey and I chose to use Fireland Collision. I'm glad I did. They did a fantastic job. It looks like new. They detailed and clean cleaned the interior. Stanley and Brook are very helpful and knowledgeable. They even set up car rental. It's one stop shopping.
