In November 2024 we purchased a brand-new Toyota Rava 4 from Firelands Toyota of Wooster. 6 months later an individual accidently struck our door panel with a shopping cart. It put a large noticeable dent in the door panel. We felt terrible having to look at that damage in a vehicle we had just purchased brand new. Got my Jeep back today. Looks great! Great service and staff and they do an amazing job!
I highly recommend Firelands. I was impressed with how quickly my car was repaired and ready for me to pick up. The staff was great. They made the entire experience easy.
I wont even get into the details because I have given up hoping this place just made an honest mistake or two. Do whatever it takes to not ever bring your vehicle here. This is coming from someone who had a completely "covered by insurance" accident. Trust me, go somewhere else.
