I called them in an emergency- and also right before they closed for the day. I understand last minute jobs are difficult to promise. A no would have been better. But they offered to do it. They told me they couldn't get to it that day, but first thing in the morning, they could squeeze me in and run a diagnostic to let me know. I had my car towed there under that assumption. There was no communication, and I was made to feel like a burden by the man who answered for calling and asking a status several hours after they opene... read more

Everyone was so kind and accommodating with excellent communication. I was in a pinch and needed service done on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler that I did not buy from Firelands. From my first call in, Sarah made everything so easy and smooth and kept me in the loop the entire process. They got me in and got me fixed and back on the road.
