AWFUL Took my 2 month old jeep with 5400 miles in for 1st tire rotation & a oil change. Oil on the door panel, sticky armrest, chipped & scratched the powder coating around several lug nuts which will eventually cause corrosion & peeling.

I used to trust them now I will never trust again. I would not trust this service department—unless you’re prepared to waste weeks, pay for multiple repairs, and drain your bank account. I brought my vehicle in expecting professional diagnostics and repairs, but after spending thousands of dollars, my car was returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. Kutos for Firelands for having to deal with Chrysler. I don't believe my 2025 Jeep Gladiator will ever have its fuel system issue fixed, but I respect the dealership for their effort and having to deal with a long-time loyal Jeep customer's extreme dissatisfaction in how Chrysler is handling constant repairs that have not fixed a fuel overflow issue when filling up. I recently had some routines services done at Firelands & it was great! Lizzie made my experience simple, stress free & she gave me a call when everything was done, it took much less time than I anticipated!

Took my truck in for an electrical issue with my trailer brakes. They claimed it just needed update. The only thing they could find wrong was my air filter and wiper blades. Not sure what that had to do with the electrical issue. Charged by $200 and fixed nothing. Asked to have my oil changed is us Rotella 5-40 full synthetic. They refused to change my oil, said that it would cost additional above the $250 they charge. Then told my they can't do it that oil is not available.
