Everyone was so kind and accommodating with excellent communication. I was in a pinch and needed service done on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler that I did not buy from Firelands. From my first call in, Sarah made everything so easy and smooth and kept me in the loop the entire process. They got me in and got me fixed and back on the road. Absolute scam of a dealership. Bought a newer Jeep from them and received a complementary AC check. Ac started making a noise so I took it up to use the coupon. All they were willing to do is put a thermometer to the vent to see the temperature of the air blowing out. Then wanted $200 for a true diagnosis. Crazy that a “big” “well received” dealership would use a scam coupon. Highly recommend you avoid all firelands dealerships.
I took my 2023 Dodge Challenger in for my first service. I was impressed with the check in/checkout experience with Sarah, and the service technician addressed my service questions and mainainence requests in a timely manner. The service team did an excellent job!
