Service advisor - Kristina - was very professional and went out of her way to help as was the technician who spent a Lot of time on my Trax-going above and beyond to find the issue and fix my car!!!
I've bought two vehicles here, a 2016 Silverado and a 2020 Jetta. Never had an issue with the Silverado, had the trans fluid replaced through service last year and never had an issue. The buying process was pretty easy-going. As for the Jetta, I'm a bit upset over the quality of work done for reconditioning the vehicle before sale. Service, upon delivery of the car, changed the oil and replaced the front pads/rotors at 39,250 miles.
