I had a visit in the Norwalk dealership today to have my rim repaired that I damaged. Throughout the entire process Autumn they stayed in touch. She accommodated my work schedule, even drove me to and from work back to the dealership. Also a shout out to Jagger who was the driver, very courteous and professional! Overall dealership meets and exceeds all expectations.
Purchased New Suburban Oct 24th! Unfortunately it was warm on that day far forward to My Wife’s Birthday 10/31 it’s cold! Passenger Side No Heat! I call Service speak with Autumn she said bring it in and they will look at it! We arrive I go in meet Autumn she comes out very confident she will resolve my issue!
