Bought a car from them recently and it was a good experience. Alex the salesman I was with did a great job of listening to my needs and priorities and not trying to force something outside my price range. Looking for cars is usually stressful because dealerships try to get you to fall in love with a car that might put you in financial stress, but that was not my experience here and I really appreciated that.
I cannot begin to rave about the customer experience I have experienced from this dealership. My company has been purchasing vehicles from Sean for over 30 years. Unfortunately, my service experience, involving my 2012 VW Touareg TDI, was extremely poor! I had a 1/21, 8am appointment to diagnose a check engine light and the car was in "limp" mode. No communication from service for 3 days. At 5 pm on Thursday, 1/23, I called and spoke to Service Dept, vehicle had not been touched yet. I was told that someone would work on it on Friday morning.
