Very helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend Firelake!
They have always been great at explaining things and supporting us from a distance. We bought an incinerator from them six years ago, and I can still call whenever I have a maintenance question.
Our unit runs daily, 5 days a week and has been very reliable. When I have questions, Firelake has promptly answered them. One time I needed a part and it was shipped out the same day I called. I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
Knowledgeable staff. They build good equipment.
