Won a maxi jackpot of 2,300.00 but due to a malfunction was not paid for the winnings and as far as I can figure there is no way to prove that I won it! The casino has thousands of cameras but they will not use any of them to prove the machine malfunctioned! Called gaming commission and am waiting to here back! Basically know that if you win and the machine doesn’t acknowledge it then you won’t get paid and the casino will do nothing to make it right with you.

Alot of machines, but hard to get on the ones you like to play. People are rude there.

Hello I am owner of Jackies Lake Rentals and many Guest book there stay at Grape Escape Cottage in Irish Hills in Brooklyn Mi . I like to share pics and info to them and review my experience here . I had a blast! All the employees were helpful and very professional. I ended up leaving quite a bit of money there ......But still had loads of fun.

Of course I didn’t win a thing....but the food at 24/7 was amazing. Very clean neat casino. Restrooms spotless. I did get 6500 steps on my fit bit after I lost my money in the slots .

Friendly service would not be the way I would describe my visit. True it was busy but the staff for the most part were more busy chatting with each other then the players. Even the pit bosses I found to be distracted I would say. Also there was much trash and discarded drinks in the slot areas. True I did just come from. Vegas recently but overall I discovered possibilities where they could improve.

Been going here since it opened. Often take my 90 year old parents, the staff is incredible with them. I’ve been mildly disappointed a couple of times with food/service but nothing awful and even with that still better than most casinos I’ve been to. I will only go here and one other Michigan casino. I’d love to see a few more kid friendly activities for my grandkids as this is a great meeting point.
