RecommendedWant to thank Firekeepers for a wonderful Anniversary stay. A special thank you to Casey (sp) at the front desk for going above and beyond. My husband surprised me with a night stay and mistakenly booked the night before, he was devastated. She was able to get us a room for the day we arrived and then had an awesome treat basket sent to our room with a signed anniversary card. Now that is excellent customer service! Had lots of fun in the casino and ate great food. And we came away $20 ahead! Looking forward to our next stay... read more
