So appreciate you being open in this crazy time. The hand sanitizer dispensers were hidden and hard to notice. They could be placed in key areas like restaurants entrances, next too bar ordering areas, immediately at entrance to casino, and by escalators. I’ve seen more thorough cleaning (like escalators) on cruise ships and all inclusive resorts before Covid. I did see cleaning folks around, but expected a few more. Temperature checking is excellent, thank you!

Sportsbook needs a lot of work, not enough kiosks, stuck waiting in line to use one. slow on lines, multiple times went mid morning to avoid the kiosk line for college basketball plays and there is multiple games not up yet on their board even though every single other sportsbook has them posted. If they fix that and also being able to see the board to verify before driving there, then it would be a 5 star.

Great selection of games and very friendly staff, great prices on almost all food and drink at all dining options on site. Clean and easy to navigate the gaming floor!
